The time has finally come.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group has shortened its name.

We’ve all been waiting for this moment—when we no longer have to spend an eternity typing it out.

On December 4th, executives made the decision to change the company’s name, and in January 2020, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Koenig Rubloff Realty Group will officially become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago.

This means we have dropped a whopping 5-syllables from their original 16-syllable name.

Gone are the days of fumbling over the spelling of KoenigRubloff and forgetting a word somewhere in the middle of the name.

Now, life is a little bit simpler.

And we can thank the agents and clients who voiced their
