Why Clybourn Corridor Condos Might Be a Good Fit

Check out Clybourn Corridor condos for sale if you want to live in an urban part of Lincoln Park. The Clybourn Avenue strip features plenty of shops and restaurants, including some big name retailers like Apple, Trader Joe's and Target. It's not as widely recognized as Chicago's Magnificent Mile, but the Cylbourn Corridor is certainly a great place to shop and, in the future, it will be home to the New City development of shops and restaurants that will also have a 14-screen movie theater.

From the neighborhood, there are plenty of great attractions. The Chicago History Museum is nearby, as is the famous Second City Comedy Club, where stars like Bill Murray, John Belushi, and Tina Fey honed their comedy skills.

Clybourn Corridor residents have convenient access to the CTA metro with the Clybourn station located immediately to the west of the neighborhood. There is also a CTA Red Line station at North/Clybourn.

Amenities & Attractions Near Clybourn Corridor

If you're looking into Clybourn Corridor condos, you'll be close to the wonderful Oz Park. As its name suggests, Oz Park nicely incorporates a "Wizard of Oz" theme. "Dorothy's playlot" is a fun playground for small children. Then there's the "Emerald Garden" and statues of the Tinman, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, as well as Dorothy and her dog Toto. It's a super park to get out and have fun while getting some exercise with four tennis courts, baseball fields, basketball courts and soccer/football fields.

The Clybourn Corridor is also conveniently located near the popular Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Lincoln Park. Also known as the Museum of the Chicago Academy of Sciences, it was founded back in 1857, but opened a new facility in 1999. Residents enjoy well-done displays about the ecological history of the region. There's also a live butterfly house and a green home display.
